In 2011, the company was established.
In 2013, identified as Annual Advanced Unit of Quality management.
In 2014, identified as Research and Development Center Cooperatively constructed by University and Enterprise.
In 2014, DHA & ARA oil was launched.
In 2015, identified as Academician Expert Workstation by Hubei Scientific Technology Association.
In 2015,DHA & ARA powder was successfully developed and entered the infant market.
In2016, identified as the third group of Intellectual Property Rights Demonstration Construction Enterprise in Hubei Province by the Intellectual Property Office in Hubei Province.
In 2016, awarded the High and New Technology Enterprise.
In 2016, identified as Enterprise Technology Center in Hubei Province.
In 2016, 1% β-carotene powder was launched.
In 2016, DHA & ARA goat's milk based powder was launched.
In 2016, awarded the Annual High and New Tech Innovation Outstanding Units by the High and New Technology Committee in Xianning, Hubei Province.
In 2016, the International Goat Association awarded Hubei Xinhe Bio-Tech Co. Ltd Auxiliary Ingredient of Formula Powdered Milk Processing Model Factory.
In 2016, awarded "China AAA+ Level Quality Credit Certificate" by The Chinese Quality Credit Evaluation Center.
In 2017, Hubei Post-doctorate administration committee approved Hubei Xinhe Bio-Tech Co., Ltd as the Post-doctor Innovation Practice Base.
In 2017, awarded Statistical Integrity Enterprise by High and New Zone Statistical Bureau in Xianning.
In 2018, was approved by ISO9001, ISO22000 and FSSC22000.
In 2019, was approved by AHF for Halal product certificate.
In 2019, high-content DHA & ARA powder was successfully developed, and MCT powder and phytosterol powder were launched.
In 2020, was approved by SGS for FAMI-QS Code.
In 2020, feed additives β-carotene powder and DHA algal gel candy were launched.
In 2021, the title of health food precision manufacturing authorization unit was obtained.
In 2023, organic DHA algal oil and organic DHA algal powder were launched.
In 2024, Organic DHA Algal Oil and Sn-2 DHA Algal Oil have been granted Chinese Invention Patents.
In 2025, Phase II Project of Innovation Capacity Building for the Hubei Provincial Engineering Research Center for Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs) Series; Sn-2 ARA Oil has been granted a Chinese Invention Patent.
